Yes, Social Media Templates are fully customizable. You can change the colors, fonts, images, and text to fit your brand or message. We highly suggest becoming a Canva Pro member, as we may use it on some of our templates. However, it is not required and you may switch out any photo, font, element, etc. to avoid additional fees.

Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. For customers located in the UK/EU digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download has begun. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

Once your payment is processed at checkout you’ll receive a confirmation email as well as an additional digital download email. The digital download email will contain a link you can use to download the digital product you’ve ordered.

No, currently there is no limit to the number of times you can download the digital product using the link provided. Please keep in mind the distribution or resale of digital products violates our terms and conditions and shall lead to legal action.

If you still can’t find them, please contact admin@nextmauve.com and confirm the name and email that should be associated with the order. Please be sure to include a link to the listing you purchased the digital product from.
